Returning Online Purchases
At Notte AB, we want our customers to always feel confident that they receive new, fresh, and unopened products. Therefore, returns of tested or opened products are not accepted. If your products are completely unopened, you may cancel your purchase within 30 days.
We do not provide a prepaid return label; you are responsible for the return shipping costs. When returning an item, you bear the risk for the goods, and we recommend sending the package with tracking. Please reuse the original box your order arrived in as the outer packaging for the return.
Clearly mark the return with "Notte AB," include a note with your name, order number, and email address, and send the package to:

Refunds for received and approved returns will be processed within 30 days. For invalid returns, we will contact you via email.
COMPLAINTS
Making a Complaint about Online Purchases
If you wish to file a complaint, please contact our customer service at support@notte.se. For the fastest processing, we ask that you attach clear photos or videos showing the defect you are experiencing.
The right to complain applies to defects that can be traced back to the production of the item and does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
Notte AB reserves the right to first remedy the defect, second, replace the item, and third, offer a refund. Please note that Notte AB does not cover return shipping costs.
In the event of a dispute, we adhere to the decision of Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
